William Donald “Bill” Sutton
William Donald “Bill” Sutton, age 87, a resident of Chillicothe, MO, passed away on Saturday, January 7, 2023, at Hedrick Medical Center, Chillicothe, Missouri.
Bill was born the son of Homer Glenn and Eva Mae (Kelly) Sutton on Saturday, June 22, 1935, in DeKalb County, MO. He was a 1953 graduate of Jamesport High School, Jamesport, Missouri. He was united in marriage to Dorothy Spence, she survives of the home. He was an Army veteran, serving in the Korean War from 1953 until 1956. He was a member of the Roy L. Burkett VFW Post #858, Vern R. Glick American Legion Post #25, Chillicothe, Missouri and the Chillicothe Elks Lodge #656. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and riding his Harley Davidson.
He is survived by his wife, Dorothy of the home; son, Spencer D. Sutton of Chillicothe, Missouri; grandson, Dawson A. Sutton of Chillicothe, Missouri
He was preceded in death by his parents; and brothers, David L. Sutton and Wayne Sutton.
