William "Bill" E. Larson
William "Bill" E. Larson, age 94, a resident of Laredo, Missouri, passed away on Thursday, November 26, 2020, at Sunnyview Nursing Home, Trenton, Missouri.
Bill was born the son of Frank E. and Hazel B. (Clark) Larson on January 18, 1926, in La Porte, Indiana. He was united in marriage to Mildred "Tiny" Owens on January 20, 1945, in La Porte, Indiana. She preceded him in death on January 12, 2008. Bill worked as a truck driver for Churchill Truck Lines in Chillicothe, Missouri, for 20 years. He then was a self-employed truck driver for 20 years. He was a member of the Laredo Baptist Church, Laredo, Missouri. Bill enjoyed hunting and tractor pulls. He loved spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Survivors include one son, Gary Larson and wife Karen of Laredo, Missouri; four grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Mildred "Tiny"; one son, William "Little Bill" Larson; six brothers, Ralph, Lee, Orlie, Dewey, Pete, and Herschel Larson; and two sisters, Anna Parker and June Parker.
Graveside services will be held at Richardson Cemetery, Laredo, Missouri, on Monday, November 30, 2020, at 2:30 p.m. There is no scheduled visitation. Friends may call at the Lindley Funeral Home, Laredo, Missouri, on Monday, November 30, 2020, from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Richardson Cemetery and may be left at or mailed to Lindley Funeral Home, P.O.
