Tom England Tom England,85, a Chillicothe resident, passed away Friday, October 6, 2017, at Grand River Health Care in Chillicothe , Missouri. Tom was born the son of Ellmer Ellsworthy England and Sarah Ellen (Johnson) England on September 1, 1928, in Forleer, Missouri. He served in the United States Navy during World War II. He married Ruth R. Simpson on July 25, 1981, in Chillicothe, Missouri. She preceded him in death on December 9, 2002. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Utica, Missouri. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife. Services will be held on Tuesday, October 10, 2017 at 11:30 am at Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Gardens, Chillicothe , Missouri. Services are under the direction of Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri.
