Ted Alvin Willis

Ted A. Willis Ted A. Willis, age 75, a resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, passed away on Sunday, March 11, 2012, at his residence. Ted was born the son of Alvin and Francis Estelle (Faulker) Willis on October 8, 1936, in Darien, Georgia. He was a 1956 graduate of Suitland High School, Suitland, Maryland. He was united in marriage to Ellen Casswell on July 21, 1957, in Washington D.C. She survives the home. Ted worked for the Pipe Fitters Union 460 in Bakersfield, California for over 30 years. He enjoyed woodworking. Survivors include his wife Ellen; two sons, Stewart Willis and wife Sandy of Chillicothe, Missouri, Steve Willis and wife Sarah of Bakersfield, California; three daughters, Sharon Zeger and husband Frank of Chillicothe, Missouri, Shelby Hall of Modesto, California, Sandra Willis of Chillicothe, Missouri; ten grandchildren and seven great grandchildren; two brothers, Donald Willis of Estill Springs, Tennessee, Jim Willis of Venus, Texas; one sister Dolores Northcutt of Morrison, Tennessee; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother Thomas Willis. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
