Tammy Lenora Chapman Tammy Lenora Chapman, age 53, a resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, passed away on Saturday, October 4, 2014. Tammy was born the daughter of Howard D. McCombs and Dixie McNally on February 28, 1961, in Chillicothe, Missouri. She was a graduate of Chillicothe High School. She was united in marriage to Ronald Chapman on August 20, 1983, in Chillicothe, Missouri. He preceded her in death on April 27, 2014. Tammy was a member of the House of Prayer Church, Chillicothe, Missouri. Survivors include one son, Corey Scott Chapman of Chillicothe, Missouri; one daughter, Sherry Dawn Chapman of Chillicothe, Missouri; one grandson, Quintyn Scott Chapman of Chillicothe, Missouri; one sister, Pammy Leora McCombs of Brookfield, Missouri; an aunt, Wanda Bagley of Brookfield, Missouri; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ron Chapman; and one brother, Howard Dail McCombs, J.R. Funeral services will be held at a later date.
