Steven Ray Puckett, age 64, a resident of Unionville, Missouri, passed away on Tuesday, August 10, 2021, in Kirksville, Missouri.
Steven was born the son of Curtis and Bonnie (Cheek) Puckett on April 24, 1957, in Orange, California. He was a 1975 graduate of Brookfield High School, Brookfield, Missouri. He worked for Banquet Foods, Milan, Missouri. Steven was a member of the Harley Owners Group. He enjoyed playing pool, playing guitar, and collecting firearms. He also enjoyed helping people, hunting and fishing, working on model cars, riding on four wheelers and being outdoors.
Survivors include one daughter, Melissa Wysocki and fiancé Michael Sparks of Chillicothe, Missouri; one step son, Josh Danner of Trenton, Missouri; one step daughter, Amy Dover of Chillicothe, Missouri; eleven grandchildren, Zachary Sheehan, Chad Wysocki, Antonio Wysocki, Dalton Wysocki, Noah Sparks, Jonah Sparks, Wyatt Sparks, Lyliana Sparks, Jazzlyn Danner, Cody Dover, Cayley Dover, and Carson Dover; five brothers, Kenneth Puckett of California, Craig Puckett of Sedalia, Missouri, Sam Hallmark of Dothan, Alabama, Jim Glidewell of Ohio, and Curtis Puckett of Kansas City, Missouri; two sisters, Shelley Rayley of Kansas City, Missouri, and Charlene Craig of Washington; and several nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his parents.
Graveside services will be held at Wheeling Cemetery, Wheeling, Missouri, on Friday, August 20, 2021, at 1:00 p.m. There is no scheduled visitation. Friends may call at Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on  Friday, August 13, 2021, from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Steven Puckett Memorial Fund and may be left at or mailed to Lindley Funeral Home, P.O.
