Steven Cheyenne Curtis Steven Curtis, age 12, a resident of Breckenridge, Missouri, passed away on Saturday, January 12, 2013, at the University of Kansas Hospital, Kansas City, Kansas. He was born the son of Darrell and Kathy (Massey) Curtis on April 4, 2000 in Chillicothe, Missouri. Steven was a 7th grader in the Breckenridge School District. He lived in Breckenridge all of his life. He played football, enjoyed hunting, fishing, and being outdoors, and liked to watch pro-wrestling. Steven loved life. He is survived by his parents; one brother, Christian Curtis, Breckenridge, Missouri; one sister, Shelby Curtis, Breckenridge, Missouri; three aunts; three uncles; maternal and paternal grandmothers; one step grandfather; and one great grandmother. He was preceded in death by his paternal and maternal grandfathers; and one aunt. Services will be held on Wednesday, January 16, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at the Breckenridge High School, Breckenridge, Missouri. There is no scheduled family visitation. Burial will be held at McCrary Cemetery, Gallatin, Missouri. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Steven Curtis Memorial Fund and may be left at or mailed to Lindley Funeral Home, P.O. Box 47, Chillicothe, Missouri 64601.
