Stephanie Lynn Barclay, age 45, a resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, passed away on Tuesday, August 24, 2021, at Liberty Hospital, Liberty, Missouri.
Stephanie was born the daughter of Harold Manning, Sr., and Karen (Willis) Manning on August 12, 1976, in Chillicothe, Missouri. She was a 1994 graduate of Chillicothe High School. She was united in marriage to Rick Barclay on May 21, 1994, in Utica, Missouri. He survives of the home. Stephanie was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church, Chillicothe, Missouri. She owned and operated IIRBS, Inc., Wildlife Rescue (Iggy Iguana Rescue and Bird Sanctuary) in Chillicothe, Missouri. Stephanie greatest joy was caring for her children. She loved scrapbooking.
Survivors include her husband, Rick Barclay of the home; four sons, Stephan Barclay, Reuben Barclay, Seeley Barclay, and Rowan Barclay all of the home; three daughters, Samantha Barclay, Remi Barclay, and Rebekah Barclay of the home; two brothers, Harold Manning, Jr., and wife Lisa of Chillicothe, Missouri, and Rick Manning and wife Amanda of Lock Springs, Missouri; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents.
