Sharon Rose Hess, age 75, a resident of Englewood, Colorado, passed away on Friday, March 26, 2021, at Rocky Mountain Assisted Living at Chestnut Hill, Highland Ranch, Colorado.
Sharon was born the daughter of Cecil F. and Olive Lucille (Persell) Sheppard on January 4, 1946, in Trenton, Missouri. She was a 1963 graduate of Laredo High School. Sharon was united in marriage to Clarence Hess in December of 1963 in Laredo, Missouri. Sharon owned and operated BQ's Bar in Aurora, Colorado, for over 25 years.
Survivors include two sons, Mark Hess of Englewood, Colorado, and Gregg Hess of Crawfordville, Florida; one grandson, Steven Hess of Denver, Colorado; one brother, Eddie Sheppard of Laredo, Missouri; and one sister Frances Engleman and husband John of Laredo, Missouri. She was preceded in death by her parents; and sister Nancy Smalling.
Funeral services will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Laredo, Missouri, on Friday, April 2, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. Friends may call at the Lindley Funeral Home, Laredo, Missouri, on Thursday, April 1, 2021, from 2:00 p.m. noon until 7:00 p.m. Burial will be held at Richardson Cemetery, Laredo, Missouri.
