Sarah Gipe

Sarah Ann Gipe, age 64, a former resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, passed away on Friday, December 8, 2023 at her home in Milan, Missouri. She was born the daughter of Allen Oscar Anderson, Sr. and Patricia Ann (Holloway) Anderson on November 15, 1959 in Chillicothe, Missouri. She attended Chillicothe High School. She owned and operated Sarah's Diner, Chillicothe, Missouri, for several years. She enjoyed collecting, repurposing, and selling antiques. She liked to plant flowers and tinker at the junk yard.

She is survived by one daughter, Nikki Jones (Michael) of Chula, Missouri; two sons, Mikey Gipe (Karla) of Milan, Missouri, and Andrew Gipe (Leah) of Kansas City, Missouri; nine grandchildren, Shawnie Garcia (Anthony), Quaid Jones (Morgan), Lavery Jones, Coy Jones, Kayden Gipe, Brylie Gipe, Jacob Streber, William Gipe, and Marlo Gipe; three great grandchildren, Kouver Garcia, Elvie Garcia, and Shepherd Jones; four brothers, Jeff Anderson (Holly) of Utica, Missouri, Joe Anderson of Chillicothe, Missouri, Mark Anderson (Amy) of Chillcothe, Missouri, and Newt Anderson (Michelle) of Chillicothe, Missouri; and one sister, Jennifer Anderson of Chillicothe, Missouri.

Funeral services will be held at Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Wednesday, December 13, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. A visitation will be held at Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Tuesday, December 12, 2023 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friends may call at Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Tuesday, December 12, 2023 from 12:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Burial will be held at Hutchison Cemetery, Chillicothe, Missouri.
