Sam Lukeus Rader Sam Lukeus Rader, age 50, a resident of Tina, Missouri, passed away on Tuesday, October 28, 2014, at his residence. Sam was born the son of Clarence, Jr. and Virginia (Selby) Rader on November 12, 1963, in Jamesport, Missouri. He was a 1982 graduate of Chillicothe High School. Sam was a member of the National Guard from 1981 until 1987. He worked as a mechanic for Gabrielson Trucking for many years. Sam was an avid classic rock fan. Survivors include one daughter, Sasha Klein and husband Tristan of Chillicothe, Missouri; two stepsons, Brent Schomer and wife Jennifer of Denver, Colorado, and Brett Schomer of Chillicothe, Missouri; three grandchildren; partner, Debbie Jordan of the home; mother, Virginia Rader of Chillicothe, Missouri; one brother, Roger Rader and wife Jayona of Lancaster, Missouri; three sisters, Rose Richey of Chillicothe, Missouri, Carolyn McCracken and husband David of Dawn, Missouri, and Judy Derickson of Liberty, Missouri. He was preceded in death by his father; and one stepbrother, Robert Earl Rader. Funeral services will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Friday, October 31, 2014, at 1:00 p.m. A family visitation will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Thursday, October 30, 2014, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friends may call at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Thursday, October 30, 2014, from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Inurnment will be held at Resthaven Memorial Gardens, Chillicothe, Missouri, at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to the Sam Rader Memorial Fund and may be left at or mailed to Lindley Funeral Home, P.O. Box 47, Chillicothe, Missouri 64601.
