Ruby Ellen Hatfield Ruby Ellen Hatfield, age 87, a lifelong resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, passed away on Monday, November 9, 2015, at her residence. Ruby was born the daughter of Bill Edgar and Nannie (Horsey) Watson on January 23, 1928, in Little Rock, Arkansas. She was united in marriage to Charles Hatfield. He preceded her in death in 1978. Ruby worked as a sewer at Lambert Glove and also as a Nurses Aid at Livingston Manor Care Center. Survivors include five sons, Patrick Hatfield, Ronie Hatfield, Michael Hatfield, Gary Hanshaw, and Kenneth L. Burns all of Chillicothe, Missouri; four daughters, Mary Sue Hatfield, Teresa Campbell, and Samantha Alterange all of Chillicothe, Missouri, and Freda Hanshaw of Kansas City, Missouri; twenty-one grandchildren; and forty-one great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Charles; infant grandson, Charles Joe Hatfield; son, Tony McGee Hatfield; three brothers, Mac Watson, Charles Ray Hanshaw, and Glenie Hatfield; and three sisters, Irene Thompson, Laura Belle, and Mannie Maudeze. A family visitation will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Thursday, November 12, 2015, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Friends may call at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Thursday, November 12, 2015, from 12 noon until 7:00 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the Michael Hatfield Memorial Fund and may be left at or mailed to Lindley Funeral Home, P.O.
