Ronald Chapman Ronald Chapman, age 63, a resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, passed away on Sunday, April 27, 2014, at Indian Hills Retirement Village, Chillicothe, Missouri. Ronald was born the son of Everett and Maxine (Cooper) Chapman on June 14, 1950, in Chillicothe, Missouri. He was a 1969 Buffalo High School graduate, Buffalo, Missouri. He was united in marriage to Tammy McCombs on August 20, 1983, in Chillicothe, Missouri. Ronald worked at Lambert Glove Factory for more than 30 years. He loved to visit with people and cheer people up. He loved seeing people smile and enjoyed helping others when possible. He had a remarkably positive attitude about life considering the hardships he faced. Survivors include his wife, Tammy Chapman; mother Maxine Chapman, Mayer, Arizona; one son, Corey Chapman of Chillicothe, Missouri; one daughter Sherry Chapman of Chillicothe, Missouri; one grandson Quentin Chapman; one sister Marty Stokesberry of Louisburg, Missouri; niece Julie Case and husband Steve of Chula, Missouri; special cousins Doug Wilson of Wheeling, Missouri, and Larry Browning of Savannah, Illinios; aunt Doris Wilson of Wheeling, Missouri; his Indian Hills Family; and many friends. He was preceded in death by his father; one brother Chester Dean Chapman; maternal grandparents Walter and Elois Cooper; and paternal grandparents Earl and Althea Chapman. A Visitation will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Saturday, May 3, 2014, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friends may call at the Lindley Funeral Home on Saturday, May 3, 2014, from 12 noon until 8:00 p.m. Burial will be held at May Cemetery, Chula, Missouri at a later date.
