Rodney Joe Baker, age 30, a resident of Breckenridge, Missouri, passed away on Saturday, January 26, 2019, at his residence.
Rodney was born the son of Donald E. and Kathy (Alden) Baker on March 31, 1988, in Liberty, Missouri. He was a 2007 graduate of Breckenridge High School. He worked for Gardner Saw Mill for many years. Rodney loved movies, cooking, reading, and animals.
Survivors include one brother, Chris Baker of Lee's Summit, Missouri; one sister, Holly Baker and Matt Gardner of Breckenridge, Missouri; and one niece, Mally Gardner. He was preceded in death by his father; mother; maternal grandparents, Lucille and Irston Alden; and paternal grandparents, Nadine Gentry and Murel Gentry.
A scheduled visitation will be held at the Pitts Funeral Home, Breckenridge, Missouri, on Friday, February 1, 2019, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friends may call at the Pitts Funeral Home, Breckenridge, Missouri, on Friday, February 1, 2019, from 12 noon until 8:00 p.m. A private family inurnment will be held at a later date at Trosper Cemetery, Breckenridge, Missouri.
