Roberta Louise Searcy   Roberta Louise Searcy, age 80, a resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, passed away in Chillicothe, Missouri, on Saturday, January 16, 2016.   Roberta was born on June 2, 1935, the daughter of Frederick and May (Altenreid) Tatkenhorst. Roberta was a 1954 graduate of Chillicothe High School and a graduate of the Chillicothe Business College. She also loved reading and ceramics.   Survivors include: sons, David Roberts of Augusta, GA, and Darrell Roberts and wife Wendy of Greenville, SC; daughter, Deborah Shannon of Chillicothe, MO; sister, Joan Israel and husband John of Bedford, MO; six grandchildren, J'nae Myers and husband Marshall of Chillicothe, MO, Aaron Roberts and wife April of Chillicothe, MO, Kimberly Black and husband Matthew of Greenville, SC, Melissa Templeton and husband Jeff of Greenville, SC, Michael Roberts and wife Krista of Greenville, SC, and Alli Roberts of Greenville, SC; and 13 great-grandchildren. Roberta was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Herbert Tatkenhorst; sister, Naomi Welch; and granddaughter, Angela Shannon.   Funeral services will be held at Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Tuesday, January 19, 2016, at 2:00 p.m. A family visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 19, 2016 from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe. Friends may call at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, on Monday, January 18, 2016, from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Burial will be held at the Mooresville Cemetery, Mooresville, Missouri.
