Robert Hatfield

Robert J. "Bob" Hatfield, age 68, a resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, passed away at North Kansas City Hospital, North Kansas City, Missouri, on Sunday, April 3, 2011. He was born on August 8, 1942 in Los Angeles, California, the son of Joseph Austin and Violet Lillian (Allen) Hatfield. Robert was a veteran of the United States Air Force. Robert is survived by two sons, Joe Hatfield of Kansas City, Missouri, Jim Hatfield of Springfield, Illinois; two daughters, Annette Hatfield of Jefferson City, Missouri, Amy Hatfield Miller of Tampa, Florida; two sisters, Pat Vanfossen of Chillicothe, Missouri, Rose Hatfield of Chillicothe, Missouri; he is also survived by three grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Kenneth Hatfield, and Hershal Hatfield; and one sister Kathryn Shepherd. Funeral services will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Thursday, April 7, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. A family visitation is scheduled prior to the service on Thursday, April 7, 2011 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Robert Hatfield memorial fund, and may be left at the funeral home or mailed to the Lindley Funeral Home, P.O.
