Robert (Bob) Elliott Robert (Bob) Elliott, age 73, a resident of Mooresville, Missouri, passed away on Monday, December 19, 2016, at Mosaic Life Care, St. Joseph, Missouri surrounded by family. Bob was born the son of George and Faye (Becker) Elliott on March 21, 1943, in Kansas City, Missouri. He was a 1961 graduate of Hale High School. He served in the United States Army from 1961 until 1964 with the 66th Military Intelligence Group. He was united in marriage to Patricia Watt on May 21, 1966, in Bosworth, Missouri. She survives of the home. Bob worked for Caterpillar for over 40 years. He loved farming, and everything John Deere and Caterpillar. Survivors include his wife, Patricia; two sons, Kelly Elliott and wife Shanna of Rochester, Illinois, and Jerry Elliott and wife Krista of Mountain Grove, Missouri; one daughter, Carrie Hauptmann and husband Brad of Peculiar, Missouri; eleven grandchildren, Amanda Snow, Lauren, Sydney, and Jordan Elliott, Cash, Parker, Mia, Hope, and Ava Hauptmann, and Trinity and Tyson Elliott; one brother, Don Elliott and wife Martha of Carrollton, Missouri; one sister, Nancy Gant and husband Denny of Hardin, Missouri; several nieces and nephews; and special friend, Brittany Dysart and family of Chillicothe, Missouri. He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother and sister in-law, Terry and Nancy Elliott; sister and brother-in-law, Priscilla and Lyman Watt; sister and brother-in-law, Nina and Dick Goldsberry. A scheduled family visitation will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Friday, December 23, 2016, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. A private family inurnment will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to the Children's Mercy Hospital and/or the Mooresville Christian Church and may be left at or mailed to Lindley Funeral Home, P.O.
