Robert "Bob" Laverne Wiehe Robert "Bob" Laverne Wiehe, age 92, a resident of Apopka, Florida, formerly of Chillicothe, Missouri, passed away on Monday, September 19, 2016, at Corner Stone Hospice, Winter Park, Florida. Bob was born the son of Stanton and Florence Catherine (Miller) Wiehe on December 3, 1923, in Youngstown, Ohio. He was a 1942 graduate of South High School, Youngstown, Ohio. He served in the United States Army Air Corp during World War II from 1942 until 1946. Bob was united in marriage to LaBelle Frances Barnes on March 3, 1946, in Chillicothe, Missouri. She preceded him in death on March 21, 1995. Bob was the original co-owner of Community Press in Chillicothe, where he worked as a Linotype Operator for many years. He was a member of the Vern R. Glick American Legion Post #25 for 70 years. Survivors include one daughter, Donna Van Dyke of Apopka, Florida; two grandchildren, Nina Catherine Van Dyke, and Jaclyn Dorothy Clemons both of Albany, Georgia; five great grandchildren, Olivia LaBelle Van Dyke of Middleburg, Florida, Cassandra Leigh Van Dyke of Apopka, Florida, Krystian Robert Karr, Ronnie Karr III, and Jordan Michelle Karr all of Albany, Georgia; good friend and companion, Alvina Fullerton of Chillicothe, Missouri; and dear friend and caretaker, James Emerson of Apopka, Florida. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, LaBelle; and one brother, Russell Stanton. Funeral services will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Tuesday, September 27, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. A scheduled family visitation will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Monday, September 26, 2016, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friends may call at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Monday, September 26, 2016, from 12 noon until 8:00 p.m. Burial will be held at Edgewood Cemetery, Chillicothe, Missouri.
