Regina Mobley, age 79, a resident of Braymer, Missouri, passed away on Sunday, January 12, 2020, at Ray County Memorial Hospital, Richmond, Missouri.
Regina was born the daughter of Bill and Trudy Westfall on February 21, 1940, in Los Angeles, California. She was united in marriage to Carl Mobley on August 4, 1956, in Ontario, California. He survives of the home. Regina was a Dog Breeder and a member of the AKC Dog Breeder Association. She sold Rubbermaid for many years. Regina liked to wallpaper, and had wallpapered half of the houses in Braymer, Missouri. She loved gardening and taking care of her dogs. Regina was a foster parent for many years.
Survivors include her husband, Carl Mobley of the home; one son, Russ Mobley and fiancé Lisa Murray of Kansas City, Missouri; one daughter, Debbie Magerrell of Syracuse, New York; seven grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and one sister, Diane Degroat of Kansas. She was preceded in death by her parents.
