Raymond Lee Dinsmore, age 64, a resident of Hale, Missouri, passed away on Tuesday, December 31, 2019, at St. Luke's Hospice House, Kansas City, Missouri.
Raymond was born the son of Raymond Garland and Elizabeth Mae "Betty" (Beavers) Dinsmore on February 11, 1955, in Spickard, Missouri. He was a 1973 graduate of Chillicothe High School. After graduation, he attended lineman school. Raymond was united in marriage to Annie Sturgeon on December 13, 2008, in Branson, Missouri. She survives of the home. He worked for Farmers Electric for many years. He then worked for D R Petroleum. Raymond was a member of the New Life Church, Chillicothe, Missouri. He was also a member of Chillicothe Elks Lodge #656, and the FORR Local 8. He enjoyed riding motorcycles and farming.
Survivors include his wife, Annie Dinsmore of the home; two sons, AJ Kohl of Hale, Missouri, and Bryan Hughes of Chillicothe, Missouri; three daughters, Amanda Brasfield of Independence, Missouri, Christy Adams of Richmond, Missouri, and Erica Glasgow of Chillicothe, Missouri; thirteen grandchildren; two brothers, Donald A. Dinsmore of Princeton, Missouri, and Charles R. Dinsmore of Chillicothe, Missouri; his dog, Baby; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; one niece, Misty Dinsmore Hufford; one great nephew, Aaron Whisler; and one sister-in-law, Janice Dinsmore.
A graveside service will be held at Hutchison Cemetery, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Saturday, January 4, 2020, at 3:00 p.m. A scheduled visitation will be held at the New Life Church, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Friday, January 3, 2020, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Friends may call at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Friday, January 3, 2020, from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the Raymond Dinsmore Memorial Fund and may be left at or mailed to Lindley Funeral Home, P.O.
