Preston Scott Wilson, age 59, a resident of Bourbon, Missouri, a former resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, passed away on Thursday, November 9, 2023, at Missouri Baptist Medical Center, Sullivan, Missouri.
Preston was born the son of John and Corrine (Simmons) Wilson on August 17, 1964, in Kansas City, Kansas. He enjoyed listening to music, especially Michael Jackson, and watching westerns. One of his favorite hobbies growing up was WWE Wrestling. He and his brother used to go to watch live wrestling in Kansas City on Thursday nights.
Survivors include his father John Wilson and his wife, Mary, of Cassville, Missouri; two brothers, Clay Wilson and his wife, Nora, of Raytown, Missouri, and Richard Wilson of Cassville, Missouri; 2 step brothers, Michael Jordon of Kansas City, Kansas and Kevin Jordon of Kansas City, Kansas; two step sisters, Ginger Brown of Kansas City, Kansas and Tina Jordon of Kansas City, Kansas; three nephews, Clay Adam Wilson, Canaan Wilson, and Daniel Smith; one niece, Robin Wright; two aunts, Brenda Crane and Betty Wilson; one uncle, Ralph Simmons; and several cousins. He was preceded in death by his mother, Corrine Wilson; and grandparents, Richard A. and Beulah Simmons.
Funeral services will be held at Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Friday, November 17, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. A scheduled visitation will be held at Lindley Funeral Home, on Friday, November 17, 2023, at 12:00 noon, one hour prior to service. Burial will follow at Antioch Cemetery, Holt, Missouri. Friends may call at the Lindley Funeral Home on Friday, November 17, 2023, from 9:00 a.m. until service time.
