Phillip Ray "Papa" Webb Phillip Ray Webb, age 75, a resident of Laclede, Missouri, passed away on Monday, March 20, 2017, at his residence. Phillip was born the son of John Lewis and Beulah (Parsons) Webb on February 28, 1942, in Luxora, Arkansas. He was united in marriage to April Howe on April 26, 1978, in Moberly, Missouri. She survives of the home. Phillip worked as a self-employed farmer. He enjoyed fishing, picnicking, and spending time outdoors. He loved spending time with his family and grandchildren. Survivors include his wife, April of the home; one son, Jesse Webb and wife Jeri of Farmersville, Missouri; one daughter, Charity Wilson and husband Daniel of Chillicothe, Missouri; one daughter-in-law, Nicole Webb of Chillicothe, Missouri; six grandchildren, Jennifer Webb, Theresa Webb, Sarah Webb, Destiny Webb, Addison Webb, and Brayden "Alijah" Webb; five great grandchildren; one brother, J.C. Webb and wife Connie of Toppenish, Washington; one brother-in-law, Richard Rider of Sunnyside, Washington; and two sisters-in-law, Rita Webb of Ephrata, Washington, and Frances Webb of Hermiston, Oregon. He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Phillip "Aaron" Webb; one grandson, Aaron "Levi" Webb; two brothers, Albert and Larry Webb; and one sister, Bernice Rider. Funeral services will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Wednesday, March 22, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. A scheduled family visitation will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Tuesday, March 21, 2017, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friends may call at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Tuesday, March 21, 2017, from 12 noon until 8:00 p.m. Burial will be held at Utica Cemetery, Utica, Missouri.
