Phillip Esposito, age 21, a resident of Lathrop, Missouri formerly of Chillicothe, Missouri passed away on Wednesday, July 8, 2020 in Lathrop, Missouri.
Phillip was born the son of Paul Esposito and Tiffony Esposito on December 3, 1998 in Saint Joseph, Missouri. He was a 2017 graduate of Chillicothe High School Chillicothe, Missouri. Phillip was a Cystic Fibrosis survivor being diagnosed at 3 months of age and receiving a double lung transplant. He owned and operated Phil's Lawncare in Lathrop, Missouri for the last 4 years. Phillip enjoyed fishing, kayaking, four-wheeler riding, his truck "Rosie", dog Tony, and operating his business.
Survivors include: his mother, Tiffony Esposito and Matt Stephens of Lathrop, Missouri; father, Paul Esposito and wife Jeannie of Jefferson City, Missouri; one brother Anthony Esposito and wife Sidni of Chillicothe, Missouri. He is also survived by two nieces Paisley and Rhettah Esposito, five step-sisters, maternal grandfather Dale Cranmer and wife Alletta of Lake Ozark, Missouri, maternal great grandparents Donald and Norma Kissick of Chillicothe, Missouri, many aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends including, Dr. Phillip Black and Delmond Lowe.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother Natilee June Cranmer and paternal grandparents Al and Mickey Esposito.
A celebration of life service will be held on Thursday, July 16, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at the Lindley Funeral Home Chillicothe, Missouri. Friends may call at the Lindley Funeral Home Chillicothe, Missouri on Wednesday, July 15, 2020 from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. No family visitation is scheduled. Inurnment will be held at Resthaven Memorial Gardens Chillicothe, Missouri.
