Pearl "Louise" Archer

Pearl "Louise" Archer Louise Archer, age 93, a resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, passed away on Sunday, August 11, 2013, at her residence. Louise was born the daughter of Perl Phelps and Mary Ann (Weber) Archer on August 3, 1920, in Chillicothe, Missouri. She graduated from Chillicothe High School, Chillicothe, Missouri, in 1939. Louise worked as a meat wrapper at Mitchell Meat Company and Safeway. She was also a clerk at Woolworths. Louise was a member of D.A.R. Survivors include one brother, Robert Archer of Chillicothe, Missouri; one sister Frances Bennett of Chillicothe, Missouri; several nieces and nephews; several great nieces and nephews; and several great-great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; six brothers, Lawrence "Pat" Archer, Paul Archer, Clarence Archer, Leonard Archer, Joseph Archer, and David Archer; four sisters, Esther McVey, Marie Person, Kathryn Archer, and Betty Scott. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at the St. Columban's Catholic Church, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Wednesday, August, 14, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. A Parish Rosary will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Tuesday, August 13, 2013, at 6:00 p.m. with a family visitation to follow until 8:00 p.m. Friends may call at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Tuesday, August 13, 2013, from 12 noon until 8:00 p.m. Burial will be held at St. Columban's Cemetery, Chillicothe, Missouri.
