Patricia "Patty" Ann Pfaff Patricia "Patty" Ann Pfaff, age 72, a resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, passed away on Wednesday, March 8, 2017, at Hedrick Medical Center, Chillicothe, Missouri. Patty was born the daughter of Leonard Joseph (Jim) and Mary Ann (Husler) Pfaff on July 2, 1944, in Chillicothe, Missouri. She worked at St. Columban's Catholic Church office rectory. She then worked as a receipt filer for Hope Haven Industries in Chillicothe, Missouri, for 31 years. She was a member of St. Columban's Catholic Church, Chillicothe, Missouri. Patty was very active with Special Olympics, in which she participated in bowling for many years. She was a teacher's aide at Bishop Hogan Memorial School. She was an avid CHS Hornets, Kansas City Royals, Kansas City Chiefs, and Missouri Tigers fan. Patty loved Dr. Pepper. Survivors include four brothers, Tom Pfaff and wife Kathleen of Chillicothe, Missouri, Bill Pfaff and wife Kerri of Jefferson City, Missouri, Larry Pfaff and wife Judy of Chaska, Minnesota, and Steve Pfaff and wife Lynne of Clearwater, Florida; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; infant brother, James Leroy Pfaff; and longtime companion, James Andrew Knapp. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at the St. Columban's Catholic Church, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Sunday, March 12, 2017, at 2:00 p.m. A Parish Rosary will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Saturday, March 11, 2017, at 7:00 p.m. with visitation to follow. Friends may call at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Saturday, March 11, 2017, from 12 noon until 9:00 p.m. Burial will be held at St. Columban's Catholic Cemetery, Chillicothe, Missouri. Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Columban's Catholic Church Restoration Project and may be left at or mailed to Lindley Funeral Home, P.O. Box 47, Chillicothe, Missouri 64601.
