Norma Johnson Norma Johnson, age 86, a resident of Breckenridge, Missouri, passed away on Thursday, May 30, 2013, at Quail Run Nursing Home, Cameron, Missouri. Norma was born the daughter of Carl and Fleda (Huffman) Barnhart on July 1, 1926, in Chillicothe, Missouri. She was united in marriage to Leo Johnson on September 15, 1946. He preceded her in death on August 31, 1999. Norma was a restaurant owner and also provided daycare in her home. She graduated from Chillicothe High School, Chillicothe, Missouri, in 1944. Survivors include two sons, Jeff Johnson and wife Janice of St. Joseph, Missouri, and James Webb and wife Virgaleen of Kentucky; two daughters Mary Lea Fitzpatrick and husband Terry of Plattsburg, Missouri, and Karla Suddeth and husband James of Byron, Georgia; five grandchildren and nine great- grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Leo Johnson; one son; two sisters, Helen Hoyt and Lea Jones; and one brother, Howard Barnhart. Memorial services will be held at the Pitts Funeral Home, Breckenridge, Missouri, on Sunday, June 2, 2013, at 2:00 p.m. A scheduled family visitation will be held at the Pitts Funeral Home, Breckenridge, one hour prior to the service from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Friends may call at the Pitts Funeral Home, Breckenridge, Missouri, on Sunday, June 2, 2013, from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. and at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Saturday, June 1, 2013, from 12 noon until 5:00 p.m. Burial will be held at Rosehill Cemetery, Breckenridge, Missouri. Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Jude's Children's Hospital and may be left at or mailed to Lindley Funeral Home, P.O. Box 47, Chillicothe, Missouri 64601.
