Nolan E. Donoho Nolan E. Donoho, age 89, a resident of Utica, Missouri, ascended to meet the lord surrounded by his family on Thursday, February 9, 2012, at his residence in Utica, Missouri. Nolan was born in Livingston County, Missouri, on December 25, 1922, the son of Michael Joseph and Agnes Rebecca (Cyphers) Donoho. On June 8, 1953, he was united in marriage to Ruth Ilene Grimes in Chillicothe, Missouri. Nolan owned and operated a dairy farm and enjoyed milking his Holstein cattle. He was an avid fisherman. He loved spending time with his family, especially his children and grandchildren. He was a lifelong resident of Livingston County, Missouri, and was a member of St. Columbans Church, Chillicothe, Missouri. Survivors include his wife, Ruth of the home; three sons, Bob Donoho and wife Ellen of Ludlow, Missouri, Rusty Donoho and wife Delana of Utica, Missouri, and Dusty Donoho and wife Tara of Utica, Missouri; four daughters, Mary Wright and husband Mike of Utica, Missouri, Diana Howe and husband Larry of Wheeling, Missouri, Debbie Heins and the late Gerald Heins, Jr., of Carrollton, Missouri, and Martha Donoho and partner Isabelle Donoho of Troutville, Virginia; one sister, Dixie Betz of Chillicothe, Missouri; 20 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Ray, Forest and Ellis Donoho; one sister, Eleanor; and grandson T. J. Webb. Funeral services will be held at Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Monday, February 13, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. A parish rosary will be held at Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Sunday, February 12, 2012, at 5:00 p.m. with family visitation to follow. Friends may call at Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Sunday, February 12, 2012, from 12 noon until 9:00 p.m. Burial will be held in Resthaven Memorial Gardens, Chillicothe, Missouri. Memorial contributions may be made to Livingston County Development Center and can be left at or mailed to Lindley Funeral Home, PO Box 47, Chillicothe, MO 64601.
