Niram Franklin "Frank" Williams Niram Franklin "Frank" Williams, age 67, a resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, passed away on Sunday, August 5, 2018, at Indian Hills - A Stonebridge Community, Chillicothe, Missouri. Frank was born the son of Niram Ora and Zelpha Ilene (Cooper) Williams on March 11, 1951, in Chillicothe, Missouri. He was a 1969 graduate of Chillicothe High School. Frank worked as a truck driver for Keith Patek for 10 years. He then worked as owner/operator of K&F Wholesale from 1998 until 2008. Lastly, Frank worked as a welder for Donoho Construction from 2008 until 2011. He loved woodworking and riding motorcycles. Survivors include one son, Kenton Michael Williams of Sturgis, Missouri; two daughters, Jocelyn Burton of Elk Creek, Missouri, and Rachel Hirtler and husband Scott of Highland, Kansas; several grandchildren; one brother, Danny Williams and Jenny Miller of Chula, Missouri; one sister, Saundra Hoskins and Donnie Gates of Chula, Missouri; one brother-in-law, Jim Figg of Hale, Missouri; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; one daughter, Elizabeth Lafolette; granddaughter, Shannon Jeannoutot-Lafolette; sister and brother-in-law, Sharon and Marlan Kepner; and sister, Saunda Figg. Cremation was held. A private family graveside service will be held at a later date at May Cemetery, Chula, Missouri.
