Nelson L. Rinehart, age 85, resident of Braymer, Missouri passed away on June 13, 2011 at Golden Age Nursing Home. Nelson was born, son of Glen and Lena (Wilds) Rinehart on February 12, 1926 in Caldwell County. He lived his life in Braymer, Missouri. On December 14, 1946 he married Katherine O'Dell in Braymer, Missouri. She survives him of the home. Nelson served in the United States Army. He was a mechanic for McKnight Implement for 30 years. He was a lifetime member of the American Legion, Tweedie Murray, Post 117. He enjoyed racecars and steam engines. Nelson is survived by two brothers, Melvin Rinehart of Cameron, Missouri, Ivan Rinehart of Independence, Missouri; three sisters, Gladys Deam of Cameron, Missouri, Catherine Hart of Platte City, Missouri, Ethel Heck of Holden, Missouri. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Leland Rinehart. A graveside service will be held at Evergreen Cemetery in Braymer, Missouri on Saturday, June 18, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Three River Hospice, Cameron and may be left at Pitts Funeral Home or mailed to P.O.
