Nancy Richey Nancy Richey, age 64, a resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, passed away on Thursday, January 02, 2014, at North Kansas City Hospital, Kansas City, Missouri. Nancy was born the daughter of Glenn Harter and Ruth Lenore (Lewis) Boyles on November 11, 1949, in Chillicothe, Missouri. She graduated from Chillicothe High School, Chillicothe, Missouri, in 1967. After graduation she attended Platte County Community College for one year. She was united in marriage to Jimmie Richey on June 4, 1971, in Meadville, Missouri. He survives of the home. Nancy owned and operated Boyles Real Estate, and later purchased Gaslight Real Estate where she worked as a broker. She was a member of the Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church. Nancy was a past President of the Pleasant Grove Rachael Circle of United Methodist Women, a past Vice President of North Central Board of Realtors, a past Treasurer of Chillicothe Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, and a former Chillicothe Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassador. Survivors include husband, Jimmie Richey; one son, Michael "Mike" Richey of Platte City, Missouri; one daughter, Deanna O'Dell and husband Rob of Platte City, Missouri; one brother Stephen Boyles and wife LeeAnn of Chula, Missouri; one sister Betty Shaw and husband Robert of Columbia, South Carolina; three grandchildren, Jennifer Morelock and husband Will, Kelsie Roth and husband Danny, and Haley O'Dell; five great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; and nephew Travis Boyles. Funeral services will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Monday, January 6, 2014, at 10:00 a.m. A scheduled family visitation will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Sunday, January 5, 2014, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Friends may call at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Sunday, January 5, 2014, from 12 noon until 7:00 p.m. Burial will be held at Edgewood Cemetery, Chillicothe, Missouri.
