Nancy Jean Neely, age 78, a resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, passed away on Wednesday, June 26, 2024 at Hedrick Medical Center, Chillicothe, Missouri.
Nancy was born the daughter of Gene and Joann (Mitchell) Henry on August 8, 1945, in Glendale, California. Nancy was united in marriage to Alford Neely on September 1, 1978, in Claremont, California. He survives of the home.
She was an Executive Assistant for Sprint Telecommunications for several years. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting and cross stitch.
Survivors include her husband, Alford, of the home; three sons, Christopher Todd (Ruth) Neely, of Shawnee Mission, Kansas, William Gene Abele-Dale, of Colorado, and Gary Frederick Neely, of Colorado; two daughters, Cindy (Brian) Walter of Kansas City, Missouri and Kylli Altaras of Chillicothe, Missouri; ten grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and one brother, Joseph Henry of California and two sisters, Patricia Madson, of California and Salli Henry-Hemminger, of Colorado. She was preceded in death by her parents; and one son, Gregory Kimball Neely.
