Nancy Josephine (Keithley) Head Nancy Josephine (Keithley) Head, age 78, a resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, passed on Sunday, August 28, 2016, at Morningside Center, Chillicothe, Missouri. Nancy was born the daughter of John and Ella Marea (Preston) Keithley on May 29, 1938, in Linn County, Missouri. She was a 1956 graduate of Sumner High School. She was united in marriage to Jerry Quinn Head on November 2, 1974, in Chillicothe, Missouri. He preceded her in death on May 16, 2013. Nancy worked as a seamstress for Midwest Glove for over 25 years. She was a member of the Highview Baptist Church, Chillicothe, Missouri. She loved reading and working in her flower garden. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Survivors include two sons, Morgan "Alan" Head and wife Amber of Chillicothe, Missouri, and Larry (Buddy) Meyers and wife Becky of Wheeling, Missouri; and one daughter, Sherry Shockey and husband Mark of Chillicothe, Missouri; one stepson, Lonnie Head and wife Julie of Chillicothe, Missouri; one stepdaughter, Lynn Huncovsky and husband Lyle of Salina, Kansas; four grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jerry; and one stepson, Loren Head. Funeral services will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Thursday, September 1, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. A scheduled family visitation will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Wednesday, August 31, 2016, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friends may call at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Wednesday, August 31, 2016, from 12 noon until 8:00 p.m. Burial will be held at Resthaven Memorial Gardens, Chillicothe, Missouri.
