Mildred Culling Mildred Culling, age 79, a resident of Carrollton, Missouri, passed away on Monday, August 18, 2014, at Carroll County Hospital, Carrollton, Missouri. Mildred was born the daughter of Charles Rudolf and Laura (Peck) Basse on February 15, 1935, in Dawn, Missouri. She was united in marriage to Ivan Culling on October 4, 1959, in Norborne, Missouri. He preceded her in death on March 17, 2006. Survivors include one sister Thyra Bailey of Carrollton, Missouri; one brother Donny Basse and wife Loretta of Carrollton, Missouri. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Ivan Culling; seven brothers, Earnest, Arlie, Charles Jr., Richard, Kenneth, Larry, and Bobby Basse; two sisters, Betty Long and Christine Basse; and several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held at the Evergreen Cemetery, Braymer, Missouri, on Thursday, August 21, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. There is no scheduled family visitation. Friends may call at the Lindley Pitts Funeral Home, Braymer, Missouri, on Thursday, August 21, 2014, from 8:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. Burial will be held at Evergreen Cemetery, Braymer, Missouri.
