Mildred W. Bryant

Mildred Wathena Bryant, age 86, a resident of Mooresville, Missouri, passed away Thursday, March 10, 2011, at Hedrick Medical Center in Chillicothe, Missouri. Mildred was born in Breckenridge, Missouri, on November 17, 1924, the daughter of Reuben and Mary Gladys (Townsend) Treon. She attended the Oakridge Elementary Country School and graduated from Mooresville High School. She was united in marriage to Arvel R. Bryant in Ludlow, Missouri, on February 28, 1953. He preceded her in death on June 30, 1999. She worked in the home and on the farm, and was a lifelong resident of the Mooresville area. Survivors include sons Gerald W. Bryant and wife Betty of Chillicothe, Missouri and David Bryant of Mooresville, Missouri; daughter Norma Richardson and husband David of Chillicothe, Missouri; sister Kathryn Kempt of Faucett, Missouri; grandchildren Larry Bryant, Mary Alice Richardson and Rebecca Ann Richardson; great grandchildren Savannah and Madison Bryant; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brother Raymond Treon, sister Thelma Treon, and grandson Michael David Richardson.
