Mildred A. Allen Mildred A. Allen, age 86, a resident of Camdenton, Missouri, passed away on Sunday, March 18, 2012, at Osage Rehab and Health Care, Osage Beach, Missouri. Mildred was born the daughter of John Ode and Isabel Amelia (Runge) Doing on November 2, 1925, in Lebanon, Missouri. She was united in marriage to Edward Ray Allen on January 29, 1945, in Lebanon, Missouri. He preceded her in death on June 20, 1986. Mildred worked as a teacher in the Lebanon area, until moving to Beatty, Nevada, where she and Edward owned/operated their own gas stations. In 1972, Mildred moved to the Hale and Tina area where she and her husband operated a family farm. She resided in the Hale and Tina area until 2003, where she then moved to Plattsburg, Missouri. She made her final home in Camdenton, Missouri, in late 2010 to be with her granddaughter. Survivors include two grandchildren, Shanel Leighty and husband Grant of Camdenton, Missouri; Michael Smith of Cameron, Missouri; four grandchildren, Hunter Alan Leighty and Hailey Isabella Leighty of Camdenton, Missouri, Zachary Smith and Christopher Smith of Cameron, Missouri. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Edward; two daughters, Fonda Smith and Sharon Allen; two infant sons, Gayford and Rayford Allen; three brothers, John Ode Doing, Rudolph Doing, Warren Doing; one sister Juanita Talbot.
