Michael J. Rardon Michael Rardon, age 65, a resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, passed away on Thursday, March 6, 2014, at St. Luke's Hospital, Kansas City, Missouri. Michael was born the son of John and Mary (Ford) Rardon on July 1, 1948, in Reger, Missouri. He was a 1966 Milan High School graduate. He was united in marriage to Sharon Fulks on July 14, 1973, in Milan, Missouri. She survives of the home. Michael worked as a foreman for Burlington-Northern Railroad for thirty years. He was a member of the Chillicothe American Legion Vern R. Glick Post 25 and the VFW Roy L. Burkett Post 858. He attended Liberty Methodist Church. Michael was a hard worker and loved hunting and spending time with his grandchildren. Survivors include wife Sharon Rardon of the home; one son Matt Rardon and wife Michelle of Chillicothe, Missouri; one brother Lee Rardon and wife Betty Jo of Pleasant Valley, Missouri; and four grandchildren, Taylor and Trace Rardon and Jaime and Jaxon Albertson. He was preceded in death by his parents; five brothers, Stanley (Jesso) Rardon, Donald (Runt) Rardon, Ronald (Cork) Rardon, Johnny Rardon, and Jake Rardon; and two sisters, Phyllis Stocks and Betty Smith. Funeral services will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Sunday, March 9, 2014, at 1:00 p.m. There is no scheduled visitation. Friends may call at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Saturday, March 8, 2014, from 12 noon until 8:00 p.m. and on Sunday, March 9, 2014, from 9:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Burial will be held at Avalon Cemetery, Avalon, Missouri.
