Michael Francis Garrity, Jr.
Michael Francis Garrity, Jr., age 53, a resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, passed away on Friday, July 30, 2021, at his residence.
Michael was born the son of Michael Francis Garrity, Sr., and Diana (Ganschow) Garrity on July 6, 1968, in Chicago, Illinois. He was united in marriage to Rose Probst on August 30, 2014, in Trenton, Missouri. She survives of the home. Michael worked as a press operator for Landmark Manufacturing in Gallatin, Missouri, for many years. He loved working on cars, fishing, and shooting guns.
Survivors include his wife, Rose Garrity of the home; three brothers, Thomas Garrity, Matt Garrity, and Mark Garrity and wife Gloria all of Chicago, Illinois; three sisters, Anne Tricoli and husband John of Montgomery, Illinois, Peggy Swatos-Garrity and husband James of Elburn, Illinois, and Jenny DeMouraes and husband John of Joliet, Illinois; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.
His body was donated to science. A memorial service will be held at the Tenth Street Baptist Church, Trenton, Missouri, on Saturday, August 7, 2021, at 1:00 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the Michael Francis Garrity, Jr., Memorial Fund and may be left at or mailed to Lindley Funeral Home, P.O.
