Mia Charlene Adelman, 5 day old infant daughter of Blake Adelman and Harley Fair, passed away on Friday, February 28, 2025, surrounded by her family, at Saint Louis Children’s Hospital, St. Louis, Missouri.
Mia was born on February 23, 2025, in Springfield, Missouri. Although her life was a short 5 days, she left an impact on many.
Survivors include her parents, Blake and Harley of Republic, Missouri; one brother, Myles Adelman of Republic, Missouri; grandparents, Laura Adelman of Pittsburg, Kansas and Joey Adelman of Girard, Kansas, John and Sally Fair of Platte City, Missouri and Tonja Busch of Carthage, New York; ten great grandparents; as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins. She is preceded in death by her great-great grandparents, Ed and Helen Braden and great grandfather, Thomas Hallacy.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at the St. Columban Catholic Church, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. A Parish Rosary will be held at Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. with visitation to follow until 7:30 p.m. Friends may call at Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, from 12 noon until 7:30 p.m. Burial will be held at St. Columban Catholic Cemetery, Chillicothe, Missouri.
