Maxine P. Walker Maxine P. Walker, age 80, passed away on April 22, 2016, at the University of Missouri Hospital- Columbia, Columbia, Missouri. Maxine was born the daughter of Oden Henry and Hazel (Kalflesh) Stephens on May 28, 1935, in Lopear County, Michigan. She was united in marriage to Robert D. Walker on September 26, 1976, in Richmond, Missouri, he preceded her in death on February 4, 2003. Survivors include: son, Mark A. Burns and wife Vicki of Jesup, GA; daughter, Sharon Phillips of Laclede, MO; grandchildren, Zachary Burns of Jesup, GA, Robert Jacob Burns of Los Angeles, CA, and Tiffany Samms of Chillicothe, MO; and sister, Berniece Judynak of Michigan. She was also preceded in death by: her parents, three sons, Donald K. Burns, Oden H. Burns and Alvin Kenneth Burns, Jr.; one brother; one sister; and companion, Raymond Bonnett. There was cremation.
