Mary Lynn McBee (Clevenger) Mary Lynn McBee, age 91, a resident of Braymer, Missouri, passed away on Thursday, May 28, 2015, at Golden Age Nursing Home, Braymer, Missouri. Mary was born the daughter of Luther and Lydia (Allen) Clevenger on October 2, 1923, in Caldwell County, Missouri. She was united in marriage to Doyle Ray McBee on October 26, 1947 in Chillicothe, Missouri. He preceded her in death in 1985. Mary was an active member of the McBee Chapel Methodist Church until its closing and then was a member of the United Methodist Church, Braymer, Missouri. She was also a member of the Pleasant Hills Lions Club, Eastern Star, Tuesday Study Club, and assisted in the Pleasant Hills 4-H club. Survivors include two daughters Jeanie Clevenger and husband Ronnie of Braymer, Missouri; and Shirley Adlich and husband John of Warrensburg, Missouri; seven grandchildren, Michelle L. Wilson and husband Rodney, Phil Adlich and wife Angela, Brad Moore and friend Suzy, Thomas D. Adlich and wife Heidi, Sean Adlich and wife Amy, Scott Moore and wife Brandi, and Jocelynn Litton and husband John; two step grandchildren, Christie Davies and husband Tim, and Jamie McClard and husband Travis; and twenty-one great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Doyle Ray McBee; two brothers Herschel Clevenger and Cecil Clevenger; one sister Leta Elliott and one great-grandchild Kirby Wilson. Funeral service will be held at the Lindley Pitts Funeral Home, Braymer, Missouri, on Sunday, May 31, 2015, at 2:00 p.m. A scheduled family visitation will be held one hour prior to the service on Sunday, May 31, 2015, from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Friends may call at the Lindley Pitts Funeral Home, Braymer, Missouri, on Saturday, May 30, 2015, from 1:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Burial will be held at Evergreen Cemetery, Braymer, Missouri. Memorial contributions may be made to the Evergreen Cemetery and may be left at or mailed to Lindley Funeral Home, P.O. Box 47, Chillicothe, Missouri 64601.
