Mary Martha Donoho, age 85, a resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, passed away at Wright Memorial Hospital, Trenton, Missouri, on Thursday, July 29, 2010. She was born the daughter of Harvey and Grace (Cloud) Tharp, on May 9, 1925 in Eversonville, Missouri. She was a 1943 graduate of Chula High School. She married William Ellis Donoho on August 3, 1946 in Kansas City, Missouri. He preceded her in death on October 20, 2006. She worked several years at Chula Co-op as a bookkeeper. She was a member of the Effingham Bible Church in Effingham, Illinois and spent most of her life living in the Chula and Laredo area. She was a member of the Rainbow Club and St. Ann's Alter Society and enjoyed spending time with her family. Survivors include two sons; Bill Donoho of Chillicothe, Missouri and Harvey and wife Dianne, of Chillicothe, Missouri; three daughters, Linda May and husband Darrill of Effingham, Illinois, Sue Morris and husband Jody of Purdin, Missouri; and Sharon and Joey Shilt of Chillicothe, Missouri; one brother John Tharp of Chillicothe, Missouri; three sisters, Margaret Horton of Blue Springs, Missouri, Betty Jo Perry, Chillicothe, Missouri, and Frankie Jensen of Blue Springs, Missouri; twelve grandchildren, twenty-one great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild and several nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Claude and Richard Tharp; and one sister, Beverly Tharp; and two nephews, Bill Tharp and John Perry. Services will be at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Saturday, July 31, 2010, at 10:30 a.m. There will be a scheduled family visitation on Friday evening from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri. Friends may call after 12:00 noon until 9:00 p.m. on Friday and from 8:00 a.m. until service time on Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Meadville Cemetery, Meadville, Missouri.
