Martha Diana "Diane" (Dunn) Hollowell Martha Diana "Diane" (Dunn) Hollowell, age 77, a resident of Blue Springs, Missouri, passed away on Monday, September 25, 2017, at Menorah Medical Center, Overland Park, Kansas. Martha was born the daughter of John Lofty II and Agnes Ocie (Carman) Dunn on March 26, 1940, in Kansas City, Missouri. She was a 1957 graduate of East High School, Kansas City, Missouri. Martha was united in marriage to Robert Joseph Hollowell on November 24, 1969, in Evansville, Indiana. She worked as a district manager for Pride Cleaners in Kansas City, for 10 years. Martha enjoyed riding horses, playing tennis, spending time with her children and grandchildren, and singing, her voice being compared to Patsy Cline. When Martha was little, she wanted to grow up to be a cowgirl. She loved dancing, including attending 50's dance contest, doing the West Coast Swing. She will be dearly missed, but loved forever by her friends and family. Survivors include her husband, Robert of the home; two sons, Bruce Hollowell and wife Bobbi of Liberty, Missouri, David Bonadonna and wife Kathy of Milpitas, California; one daughter, Linda Schirber and husband Tony of Overland Park, Kansas; seven grandchildren, Leah, Kylie, and Rachel Schirber, Alexa and Spencer Hollowell, and Frederick "Freddie" and Daniel Bonadonna; one brother, John (Jack) Lofty Dunn III and wife Barbara of Independence, Missouri; one sister, Donna (Dunn) Stuempel and husband Francis of Kansas City, Kansas; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents. Funeral services will be held at the Briarcliff Church, 800 NE Vivion Road, Kansas City, Missouri 64118, on Saturday, September 30, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be held at Evergreen Cemetery, Braymer, Missouri, on Saturday, September 30, 2017, at 1:30 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the Martha Hollowell Memorial Fund and may be left at or mailed to Lindley Funeral Home, P.O.
