Marion Francis McBee Marion McBee, age 75, a resident of Braymer, Missouri, passed away on Tuesday, November 22, 2011 at Cameron Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Cameron, Missouri. Marion was born the son of Ira Francis and Beatrice Olivia (Mallory) McBee on March 3, 1936 in Braymer, Missouri. On November 4, 1955 he was united in marriage to Patricia Ann Engel in Kansas City, Missouri. She preceded him in death on March 4, 2004. He was the owner of the Clay Como Archery Shop of Clay Como, Missouri for four years. He was a member of the Braymer Christian Church. Marion was also a member of the National Muzzle Loaders, Masonic Breckenridge A.F. & A.M., Eastern Star Acasia #42, Polo, Aararat Shrine, National Field Archery Association (N.F.A.A), a life member of the National Archery Association (N.A.A.), a life member of the National Rifle Association (NRA), and a charter member for the Missouri Valley ARMS. Marion is survived by two daughters, Pamela Ann Ballard and husband Ron of Warsaw, Missouri, and Candice Elaine McBee of Warsaw, Missouri; one brother, Dwayne "Duke" Allen McBee of Kansas City, Missouri; one sister, Emma "Sis" Lorene Baska of Gladstone, Missouri; four grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Patricia. Services will be held on Saturday, November 26, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at the Pitts Funeral Home in Braymer, Missouri. A family visitation will be held on Saturday one hour prior to the service from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Pitts Funeral Home, Braymer, Missouri. Friends may call the Pitts Funeral Home on Friday, November 25, 2011 from 12 noon until 8:00 p.m. Burial will be held in McBee Chapel Cemetery, Braymer, Missouri. Memorial contributions can be made to the McBee Chapel Cemetery of Braymer, Missouri and can be left at or mailed to Lindley Funeral Home, P.O. Box 47, Chillicothe, Missouri 64601.
