Lorene Ruth Fish Lorene Ruth Fish, age 94, a resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, passed away on Monday, August 27, 2012 at The Baptist Home, Chillicothe, Missouri. Lorene was born the daughter of Frederick William and Linnie Babe (McCreary) Kroeger on February 18, 1918 in Chillicothe, Missouri. She was a 1935 Chillicothe High School Graduate, and a 1936 CBC Graduate. On April 6, 1951 she was united in marriage to James Fish at the Methodist Church in Chillicothe, Missouri. He preceded her in death on March 4, 1990. Lorene was a secretary and bookkeeper for Flowers by Howard and Chillicothe Plumbing and Heating for many years. She was a member of the First Baptist Church, Chillicothe Culture Club, Vern R Glick Post 25 American Legion Auxiliary, and R.S.V.P. She is survived by one daughter, Janice Fish of Maysville, Missouri; four grandchildren, Stacie White and husband Mike of Chillicothe, Missouri, Curtis Carleton of Columbia, Missouri, Patrick Carleton of Chula, Missouri, and Lesley Brewer and husband Damon of Crestley, California; thirteen great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband James Hubert Fish, two sons, James "Howard" Fish and wife Donna Fish, and Frederick "Rick" Carleton. Funeral services will be held at the First Baptist Church, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Thursday, August 30, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. A scheduled family visitation will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Wednesday, August 29, 2012, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friends may call at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Wednesday, August 29, 2012, from 12 noon until 9:00 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the First Baptist Church Building Fund and may be left at or mailed to Lindley Funeral Home, P.O.
