Lois Anna Seipel Lois Anna Seipel, age 68, a resident of Carbondale, Kansas, passed away on Sunday, July 5, 2015, at her daughter's residence in Chillicothe, Missouri. Lois was born the daughter of Herman and Wilma Maxine (Swaney) Seipel on September 22, 1946, in Maryville, Missouri. She was a 1964 graduate of North Andrew High School, Rosendale, Missouri. After graduating high school she attended Northwest Missouri State University, Maryville, Missouri. She worked as an Administrator for the state of Kansas, for thirteen years. Survivors include two daughter Robin Westphal of Chillicothe, Missouri, and Sally Sparks and Jeff Rogers of Altamont, Missouri; five grandchildren, Jamie and Kelly Westphal of Chillicothe, Missouri, and Dylan, Rachel, and Betty Rogers of Altamont, Missouri; one brother Jim Seipel and wife Janet of Sparta, Missouri; and one step-sister Janice Gramer and husband Joe of Amazonia, Missouri. She was preceded in death by her parents; and step-mother Inez Cruser. A memorial service will be held at the Carbondale Community Center, Carbondale, Kansas, on Friday, July 10, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. Friends may call at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Thursday, July 9, 2015, from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Inurnment will be held at St. Mary's Cemetery, Maryville, Missouri, at a later date.
