Lloyd R. Howe Lloyd R. Howe, age 82, a resident of Wheeling, Missouri, passed away on Sunday, March 11, 2012, at Liberty Hospital, Liberty, Missouri. Lloyd was born the son of Cleo and Anna Mae (Hill) Howe on December 15, 1929, in Livingston County, Missouri. He was united in marriage to Betty J. Jerome Duncan on January 8, 1968, in Meadville, Missouri. She preceded him in death on December 26, 2006. Lloyd was a member of the Wheeling United Methodist Church. Lloyd worked as a farmer all of his life. He loved farming and raising cattle, and also loved his coffee clubs. Survivors include two sons, Robert C. Howe and wife Dean Ann of Wheeling, Missouri, Mike Duncan and wife JoAnne of Bettendorf, Iowa; one daughter Linda Weeks of Chillicothe, Missouri; four grandchildren Robert C. Howe II and wife Amanda of Wheeling, Missouri, Amanda Marie Howe and Vince Jones of Kansas City, Missouri, Thomas J. Duncan and wife Kristin of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Brian Duncan of Bettendorf, Iowa; five great grandchildren Madalyn Howe, Hunter Hamilton, and Hailey Hamilton of Wheeling, Missouri, Kate Duncan and Will Duncan of Fayetteville, Arkansas; one sister-in-law Margaret Howe of Chillicothe, Missouri; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife Betty; one brother Willie Ray Howe; one sister Lucille Foster. Funeral services will be held at Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Friday, March 16, 2012, at 10:30 a.m. A family visitation will be held at Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Thursday, March 15, 2012, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friends may call Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Thursday, March 15, 2012, from 12 noon until 9:00 p.m. Burial will be held in Wheeling Cemetery, Wheeling, Missouri.
