Linda Marilyn Stoddard Linda Marilyn Stoddard, age 67, a resident of Lexington, Missouri, passed away on Tuesday, March 14, 2017, at John Knox Village, Lee's Summit, Missouri. Linda was born the daughter of Clifford and Thelma (Sayers) Peters on May 19, 1949, in Onaway, Michigan. She worked as a Certified Medical Technician for many years. She also worked at the YMCA in Brookfield, Missouri. She enjoyed fishing, crocheting, puzzles, and games. She loved watching game shows. Survivors include one daughter, Rebecca O'Driscoll and husband Barry of Bark River, Michigan; one son, Michael Stoddard (Tiffanie)of Ludlow, Missouri; six grandchildren, Nicolasa Clark (Shawn), Bradley Baughman (Laura), Todd Midgyett, Tiffany Eden (Steven), Alissa and Madison O'Driscoll; seven great grandchildren, Gavin Clark, Gabriel, Michael, Patrick and Gracelyn Eden, Xavier Sada, Layne and Jamison Baughman; three brothers, Frank Peters and wife Sharon of Lexington, Missouri, Cliff Peters of Wolverine, Michigan, and Larry Peters and wife Mabel of Cheboygan, Michigan; and two sisters, Della Burns and husband Gordon of Bates City, Missouri, and Barbara Tucker of Ocala, Florida. She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Lisa Baughman; her significant other of 22 years, Gary R. Cox; three brothers, Clayton, Earl, and Virgil Peters; and two sisters, Bernita Fultz and Delores Korona. Funeral services will be held at the Lexington Restoration Branch of the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 802 S. Business Hwy 13, Lexington, Missouri 64067, on Saturday, March 18, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. A scheduled family visitation will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Friday, March 17, 2017, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and at the Lexington Branch of the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Lexington, Missouri, on Saturday, March 18, 2017, one hour prior to the service at 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Friends may call at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Friday, March 17, 2017, from 12 noon until 8:00 p.m. A private family inurnment will be held at Maplewood Cemetery, Rexton, Michigan, at a later date.
