Linda Kay (Dewey) Elliott Linda Kay (Dewey) Elliott, age 68, a resident of Brookfield, Missouri, passed away on Monday, January 1, 2018, at her residence. Linda was born the daughter of Fay William and Faye (Scott) Dewey on July 14, 1949, in Wheeling, Missouri. She was a graduate of Bogard High School. Linda worked for Bristol Manor in Chillicothe and Brookfield for many years. She also worked for Walmart for 5 years. Survivors include two sons, Richard Allen Grossman of Marshall, Missouri, and David Eugene Grossman of Bosworth, Missouri; one daughter, Kim Rowland and husband Randal of Pittsburg, Oklahoma; ten grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; three brothers, David Lee Dewey of Carrollton, Missouri, Lloyd Dewey and wife Anita of Tina, Missouri, and Joe Dewey of Dawn, Missouri; and four sisters, Berneta Brown of Tontitown, Arkansas, June Jones of Chillicothe, Missouri, Sandra Mallory of Trenton, Missouri, and Joyce Walker of Chillicothe, Missouri. She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Frances Shirley; and one brother, Larry Dewey. Funeral services will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Friday, January 5, 2018, at 2:00 p.m. A scheduled visitation will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Friday, January 5, 2018, one hour prior to the service from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Friends may call at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Friday, January 5, 2018, from 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Burial will be held at Wheeling Cemetery, Wheeling, Missouri. Memorial contributions may be made to Relay For Life and may be left at or mailed to Lindley Funeral Home, P.O. Box 47, Chillicothe, Missouri 64601.
