Linda Dinwiddie

Linda Sue (Huffman) Dinwiddie Linda S. Dinwiddie, age 72, a resident of Braymer, Missouri, passed away at her residence on Friday, July 30, 2010. Linda was born the daughter of Harley and Bessie (DeWeese) Huffman on January 21, 1938 at Longlane, Missouri. On June 26, 1958, she married Freeman Dinwiddie in Niangua. He preceded her in death. Linda worked as a nurse's aid for the Golden Age Nursing Home for over 20 years. She is survived by three sons, Richard Dame, of Illinois, Randy Dinwiddie and wife Diane of Clinton, Missouri, Gene Dinwiddie and wife Pam of Braymer, Missouri, two daughters; Rhonda Shively of Braymer, Missouri, Roxanne Miller and Husband Nolan of Chillicothe, Missouri, one brother; Robert Huffman of St. Louis, Missouri, two sisters; Pat Deyer of Buffalo, Missouri, Leltha Wilcox of Valintine, Arizona, 12 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by her parents, four brothers; Gene, Herman, Harley, and Milford Huffman, two sisters; Vivian Bradley and Mary Harmon. Graveside services will be at Evergreen Cemetery, Braymer, Missouri, on Monday, August 2, 2010, at 10:00 a.m. There will be a scheduled family visitation on Sunday evening from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Pitts Funeral Home, Braymer, Missouri. Friends may call after 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Sunday at the Pitts Funeral Home, Braymer, Missouri. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Braymer, Missouri. Memorial contributions may be made to the Anderson Ball Park and may be left at the funeral home or mailed to the Lindley Funeral Home, P.O. Box 47, Chillicothe, Missouri 64601. Arrangements are under the direction of Pitts Funeral Home, Braymer, Missouri.
