Leonard LeRoy Reiter Leonard LeRoy Reiter, age 93, a resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, passed away on Monday, September 30, 2013, at his residence. Leonard was born the son of Henry and Katie (Brummer) Reiter on August 11, 1920, in Norborne, Missouri. He was a 1937 graduate of Excelsior Springs High School, Excelsior Springs, Missouri. He served in the United States Army from 1945 until 1947. He was united in marriage to Charlene Annabel Terri in 1947. She preceded him in death in 1998. He was then united in marriage to Wanda Tucker on May 20, 2000, in Norborne, Missouri. She preceded him in death on October 23, 2012. Leonard worked for North Missouri Lumber in Chillicothe for 21 years. He was a member of the Norborne Trinity Lutheran Church, Norborne, Missouri. Survivors include two step sons, Ted Tucker and wife Alice of Chillicothe, Missouri, and Eddie Tucker and wife Pat of Chillicothe, Missouri; two step grandchildren, Joey Tucker, and Abbie Tucker; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife Charlene; wife Wanda; two brothers, Virgil Reiter and Russell Reiter; and one sister, Evelyn Weisz. Graveside services will be held at Clear Creek Cemetery, Rural Lock Springs, Missouri, on Saturday, October 12, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. There is no scheduled family visitation.
